Mann Engineering is not responsible for any misuse of any products. We will not be held accountable in any way for the misuse, modification, or abuse of any items purchased from Mann Engineering. By purchasing products from Mann Engineering, purchaser agrees to these terms.

Purchaser acknowledges that vehicles equipped with some of the parts listed on this site may not be operated on public roads and highways since such operation may be unlawful. Many performance parts are intended solely for use on vehicles participating in a sanctioned off highway competitive event. Purchaser acknowledges that Mann Engineering does not cover damage to any component that results from operating the vehicle in any competition or racing event. Purchaser also acknowledges that there is no warranty coverage for any part or accessory that fails as a result of the installation. Purchaser accepts all responsibility for all vehicle modifications and all potential risks.

We reserve the right to make changes at anytime and are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods

Sales tax applies to all orders shipped within the state of California.

Credit cards are accepted through PayPal. Money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks are also accepted; all checks and money orders must clear before your order will be shipped.

Shipping Policy

All prices do not include shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

We use only FedEx services for shipments in the lower 48 states. If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii 1 or 2 day air services must be selected during check out. For our protection and customer buyer protection, all orders will include insurance with no exceptions.

Local pick-up is available, please call or email to make arrangements.

All orders placed through our website and being shipped to an address in Canada will be automatically shipped by USPS Global Priority. No Exceptions. Please plan ahead when ordering as Global Priority shipments into Canada will take an estimated 6-10business days after the date of shipping.This time frame is provided by the United States Postal Service.

Mann Engineering is not responsible for any import duties associated with your international order. Purchaser is fully responsible for any customs duties and taxes associted with any international order.

Return Policy

All returned items, excluding those which are deemed defective, are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items that have been sold for more than 15 days are not returnable. Return date will be based on date shipped. The customer will be responsible for returning the item, unopened in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories. Customer is responsible for all returned shipping charges. Any opened packages returned will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Any items that have been installed or used are not returnable and no refunds will be issued. Packages that are returned without a RMA number will not be accepted. Any electrical items sold are not refundable. Items that are sold as a clearance item cannot be returned and no refunds will be issued.

No refunds will be issued on Clearance Items or items that are listed as USED.

Any orders that are incorrect and required a full refund, a full refund will not be provided as a transaction fee for the refund will be assessed.

Special Order Items Policy

Any special order items will require payment in full prior to ordering. If you cancel your order, no refund will be issued. Please note that these items may be difficult to get and can take up to 8-10 weeks for delivery. Unless defective we cannot accept any returns on special order items. Email  sales@mann-engineering.com  for any special orders, please be as descriptive as possible and provide part numbers if available.

Warranty

Mann Engineering does not offer any warranty coverage for any defective products. Many of the products that are sold on our website are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If there are any identifyable defect or problem with the product, Mann Engineering will help arrange contact with the manufacturer a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments. If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.
