Blindo is a small wheel manufacturer under SL Corse that offers heavy duty off-roading wheels. Land Rover needed a high load wheel for their Wimmec 110 as the original steel wheels were not up to the task with the vehicle fully loaded. The first Bindo wheel was a 16x7 that had a tested load rating of 1550kg, but exceeded that rating comfortably. With the success of the 16x7, Blindo has expanded the range to 17x8 and 18x8.5 sizes to fit more modern day vehicles and tires.

Blindo means "Armored" in Italian and their wheels are nothing short of durable. Blindo offers wheels that are designed for heavy duty use. The simple and successful design is an FIA-Approved Dakar wheel design with a high load rating. All Blindo wheels are made from an LM25 heat treated aluminum with parallel die sides and inserted fixings. They are an OE supplier to vehicle manufacturers for special duty vehicles, race teams, and more. They have supplied companies such as Toyota, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Land Rover, and more.

Because of their use in military and Dakar rallying applications, these wheels make it an excellent option for off-roading and overlanding vehicles. We will gradually expand the offerings to other vehicle applications than what is currently listed and will also offer the wheels here in the US as a distributor for Blindo wheels.

Our first application that we have brought over is for the first and second generation Porsche Cayennes and will continue to bring additional sizes and vehicle fitments. These would be a great alternative to anything out there looking for something reliable and require a high load carrying capability.
