Appointment Deposit for Scheduling an appointment during this special "Stay At Home" Circumstance
Due to special circumstances from COVID-19 pandemic “Stay At Home" order, Mann Engineering is focusing on essential functions as priority! This means we are prioritizing repairs, minor and major maintenances over other requests.
Your safety is important to us! We encourage our customers to "Stay At Home" as much as possible during this pandemic period to stay safe and assist the community in flattening the curve.
In order to make sure those who need their cars repaired can actually schedule with us, we are implementing appointment deposits to ensure appointment slots are open to those who will show up and not take slots when they really don't need it. This also allows us to have all your basic contact information to generate accurate paperwork upon vehicle drop off.
We also need to take more time cleaning and sanitizing before and after services so appointments are limited!
Deposit will be credited from the total after completion of service.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you schedule with us and do not show up to your scheduled appointment, there will be no reschedules and no refunds will be made (unless you have a medical circumstance).
